A holiday home for coming together, open to the sea and sheltered from view.

The intention

A long line of stone becomes a place to inhabit. A deep loggia carries the living spaces into the shade, while terraces step down towards the garden. The pines remain the site’s first inhabitants.

What design brings

An architect’s eye turns a steep site into a sequence of places to live. Views are framed, thresholds dissolve, and every room finds its own relationship with the landscape.
